| R-Delta Engineers was formed in 1970 as a structural engineering company by J. Frank Polma, P.E. R-Delta was incorporated in 1972 and has expanded it's range of services to include the fields of civil, structural and electrical engineering as well as land surveying. Located in Garland, Texas, R-Delta provides engineering and surveying services to both the public and private sector. Past project experience includes design of roads, bridges, buildings, retaining structures, foundation systems, commercial and residential land developments, public facilities, advanced structural analysis, shock and vibration analysis, bridge inspection, foundation design, forensic investigations, watershed/flood plain modeling, electrical transmission facilities and electrical substations. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
