Shiloh Road Bridge over Spring Creek is a six-lane curved bridge constructed from reinforced and prestressed concrete. The project, designed for the City of Garland, Texas, included a letter of map revision to FEMA upon completion of the construction.
	The Big Spring Road Bridge over Spring Creek is located directly upstream from the Shiloh Road bridge. R-Delta designed the widening of this bridge from two lanes to six lanes for the City of Garland. The bridge widening was performed as part of the reconstruction of Big Spring Road from Jupiter Road to State Highway 190. The project design included 1.5 miles of four lane divided arterial road with three large culvert crossings, extensive retaining wall construction, utility relocation, and drainage improvements.
